NeuroRestorative, in partnership with Immunize Nevada, is hosting a COVID-19 and Flu vaccine clinic. If you have health insurance, including Nevada Checkup and Medicaid, please bring your insurance card. If you do not have health insurance, cost of vaccinations will be covered by Immunize Nevada.
