Immunize Nevada, in partnership with Community Health Alliance and Washoe County School District, is hosting a 5+ Back-to-School Vaccine Clinic at North Valleys High School.  

Appointments are preferred, walk-inswelcome. Book appointments with Community Health Alliance by visiting www.chanevada.org.

Children 5 or older are eligible to receive vaccines. If your child is under the age of four or you need to schedule a wellness check with a medical provider, please call (775) 329-6300. A parent or legal guardian must be present for a child to receive their vaccine(s). Health insurance is not required. If insured, please bring your insurance card.
