Churchill County, in partnership with Mineral County, offers COVID vaccines and testing on the following dates and locations in Mineral County. Anyone six months and older is eligible to receive a COVID vaccine.

In addition, eligible children can get their back-to-school vaccines at these dates and times. No appointment needed for these dates:

• August 17: 10 a.m. to noon at the Mina Fire Department
• August 17: 2- 4 p.m. in the lot next to the Hawthorne Fire Department
• August 31: 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the lot next to the Hawthorne Fire Department

COVID testing offered by appointment only on Mondays through Thursdays in August in Hawthorne by calling Meghan at (775)699-4119.
